Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using QRGen, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Service Description
QRGen provides a QR code generation service including web interface and API access for registered users.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service to:
- Engage in any illegal activities
- Generate QR codes for harmful or malicious content
- Create spam or unsolicited communications
- Distribute malware or viruses
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
QRGen and INFO NETWORK d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
